Exercise
Ever hear of the phrase “no pain, no gain”? Well, in this case, it’s true. Exercise is a great way to prevent and stop back pain. You don’t have to overdo it. Start off with smaller exercises and as time progresses, work your way up!

Eat Your Broccoli 
A healthy diet is essential for a health you! While calcium is known to strengthen bones, recent research shows that vitamin K is also great for preventing and easing back pain. Vitamin K can be found in broccoli, spinach and dark leafy greens. So remember, eat your greens!

No More Oversized Bags
Ladies, listen up, this one is for you: It’s time to get rid of those large bags! They’re causing you to place too much tension and pressure on your shoulders and in turn are affecting your spine and back health. If your purses weighs more than 10 percent of your body weight, it’s time to dispose of it!

Sit Up Straight
We can’t stress this enough: Sitting is the next smoking! Always make sure to maintain proper posture, regardless of where you may be. When at work, make sure your computer is aligned with your eyes and don’t slouch in your chair. When at home, try sitting up when watching TV!
