The doctor herself told me if I ever need injections or whatever they’re called to just walk in because you don’t need an appt for that. Then after I walk in like I’m told I was told to wait an hr all for them to come back and say I have to have an appt. This is also not the first time they’re not caring. I will not be back too many problems.

Understanding Headache Causes and Triggers

Headaches are more than a simple ache. They can originate from muscles, blood vessels, or nerves in the head and neck. Common triggers include stress, dehydration, poor posture, eye strain, sleep disturbances, and cervical spine misalignment. At Arkansas Spine and Pain, our specialists take a comprehensive approach to headache treatment in Arkansas.

Our evaluation process may include neurological assessments, diagnostic imaging, and physical examinations to accurately identify the source of your headaches and create an effective, personalized treatment plan.

Also visit our nearby locations for non-invasive pain management and individualized care. Our focus remains on long-term solutions that address the root cause, reduce recurrence, and restore daily comfort.

Nerve Block Injections

Targeted nerve block injections help reduce inflammation and calm overactive pain pathways responsible for chronic headaches. At Arkansas Spine and Pain, image-guided nerve blocks are used to deliver precise relief and improve daily comfort without downtime.

Trigger Point Therapy

Tight muscle knots in the neck, shoulders, and upper back often contribute to tension headaches. Our specialists provide targeted trigger point injections and soft tissue therapy at Vitality Clinic, AR to relieve pressure and restore muscle balance.

Medication and Migraine Management

We carefully prescribe and monitor medications to control headache frequency and intensity while minimizing side effects. Our approach focuses on long-term management rather than short-term symptom masking.

Lifestyle and Stress Management Coaching

Stress, poor sleep, and daily habits can significantly impact headache patterns. Our team provides lifestyle coaching focused on stress reduction, sleep improvement, and trigger awareness to support long-term headache prevention.

Physical Therapy & Posture Correction

Customized physical therapy programs improve spinal alignment, reduce muscle strain, and address posture-related headache triggers. Guided exercises help patients restore mobility and prevent recurring tension headaches.
