The doctor herself told me if I ever need injections or whatever they’re called to just walk in because you don’t need an appt for that. Then after I walk in like I’m told I was told to wait an hr all for them to come back and say I have to have an appt. This is also not the first time they’re not caring. I will not be back too many problems.

Effective Joint Pain Treatments in Arkansas

At Arkansas Spine and Pain, we specialize in non-surgical, medically supervised treatments to relieve pain and restore movement. Each plan is tailored to your condition, activity level, and goals.

Physical Therapy and Strength Training

The therapy team builds muscle support around the joint, improving strength, balance, and flexibility.

Corticosteroid Injections

Targeted injections reduce inflammation within the joint. The  clinic performs image-guided procedures for safe, lasting results.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

RFA interrupts pain signals from irritated nerves. The team uses minimally invasive procedures to provide long-term pain relief without surgery.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy

PRP therapy uses your body’s own platelets to encourage tissue repair and healing. Our clinic offers this treatment to support cartilage health and mobility.

Trigger Point and Nerve Block Therapy

Our pain specialists perform targeted injections to release tight muscles and block nerve pain near affected joints.

Bracing

At our clinic, we offer braces and supports to stabilize weak joints, improving strength and mobility during recovery.
